Naples is an amazing postcard, a contrasting city, where past and present live together at the same time. With its coasts, hills, squares, its magic castles that used to be as guard of the city, its rich churches, elegant palaces, its pizza restaurants and its mysteries, it represents a real triumph of nature in the art. It was born at the feet of Vesuvius, the well- known volcano in the world, luxuriant and full of vineyards and olive trees, with its fertility and abundance in soil. The Greek found out Naples and fell in love with its beauty that they later called Neapolis- New City and they used it as a strategic point for their sea commerce. Today, you can breathe a renewal air and visiting on foot the old centre means to be immersed in the culture, tastes and uses of these people living in tradition. Our guide will take you through its stories in a world that has given life to this wonder.
